We’re looking for a Midweight Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. You’ll be working with global clients like Ralph Lauren, WHOOP, New Era and PepsiCo, bringing creative thinking, technical expertise and energy to raise the quality of our work.
This is a key role in our design team. We need someone with strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail both creatively and technically, and a portfolio that shows you can deliver to a high standard.
You’ll be hands-on, process-driven and curious, with the ambition to grow and the drive to explore new techniques and approaches. You can take direction and work to a brief while also adding your own edge. Alongside client projects, R&D is core to our practice, so you’ll have the curiosity to experiment, test ideas and push our work forward.
What we’re looking for
· 4+ years’ experience in 3D/motion design
· Client facing and supporting of junior members in the team
· Confident in contributing both stylistically and conceptually to the start of projects
· Excellent technical and creative knowledge of Cinema4D & Redshift
· Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite
· Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
· A portfolio that demonstrates both creative vision and technical precision
· Bonus: Experience using advanced AI tools would be beneficial
