Bold Content are looking for a senior filmmaker to join our team. We're looking for someone with years of experience making corporate films and a solid understanding of the marketing principles that drive our work.
Salary: £40k
Contract: Full time
Location: Remote but ideally based in South East London. Must be able to travel to central London regularly for shoots.

Your Responsibilities will include:
- Lead end-to-end video production from concept development to final delivery, ensuring projects meet client objectives and reflect brand values.
- Direct on-set shoots, providing creative and technical leadership to crew, talent, and clients across interviews, brand films, events, and documentaries.
- Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment to a high professional standard, adapting setups to a wide range of filming environments.
- Edit video content and colour grade to a high standard, ensuring consistency, visual polish, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with producers, editors, and animators to ensure a cohesive visual narrative and seamless post-production process.
- Translate client briefs into compelling visual treatments, storyboards, and shot lists, often contributing to pitch and pre-production phases.
- Maintain technical excellence and quality control, managing footage, backups, and file delivery workflows with precision.
- Mentor junior crew and freelancers, sharing expertise and helping to uphold production standards across all shoots.
