Bola 8 is one of South London’s most vibrant Latin nightlife venues, combining a high-energy party atmosphere with premium table service, great music, and an unforgettable customer experience. We are looking for a confident, energetic and sales-driven waitress who enjoys working in a fast-paced nightlife environment and knows how to engage with customers.
Role Overview
The waitress will be responsible for providing excellent service while actively driving drink and bottle sales, ensuring guests have a fun and memorable experience. This role is ideal for someone with a strong personality who enjoys interacting with people and can confidently recommend drinks, promotions, and VIP packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient table service to guests.
- Promote and upsell drinks, bottles, and table packages.
- Build rapport with customers to increase repeat business.
- Maintain high levels of energy and professionalism during busy nights.
- Deliver orders quickly and accurately.
- Work closely with bar staff and management to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.
- Handle payments and ensure accurate billing.
- Support promotional activities and special events when required.
Sales Responsibilities
- Encourage customers to upgrade to bottle service or table packages.
- Recommend popular cocktails, shots, and drink deals.
- Engage groups and help create a lively atmosphere.
- Identify VIP customers and communicate opportunities to management.
- Help maximise revenue per table.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, bar, or nightclub service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing personality.

- Ability to work late nights and weekends.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
