Integrations & Technical Automation
- Guide integration enhancements between Kyriba and Boku’s ERP, payment platforms, and data systems.
- Manage scheduled jobs, automated reconciliation processes, and data flow reliability.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across high-volume global treasury operations.

- Lead automation and process-improvement projects to increase treasury efficiency.
- New module implementation, system upgrades, and treasury transformation programs.
- Collaborate with Kyriba technical support and customer success on escalated issues and feature adoption.
Training, Support & Documentation
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and functional guidance to global Finance and Treasury teams.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, integration guides, and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions to strengthen Kyriba expertise across the organization.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Hands-on Kyriba experience with advanced configuration and troubleshooting.

- Solid understanding of P&L structures, financial reporting, and risk concepts (FX risk, liquidity risk, operational risk) and how they tie into treasury processes and system design.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, payment workflows, and global cash management.
- Expertise with banking formats (SWIFT MT, ISO20022, XML), connectivity methods, and routing logic.
