We are Bokan, the dockside beacon for artisanal food & drink made using a mixture of local, ancient and adopted British ingredients. We have crafted a menu inspired by the rich history of the Docklands, a place of trade for over 1,000 years.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. You will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and ensure every guest receives a memorable experience.

You will proactively develop your knowledge of our drinks menu, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, allowing you to confidently make recommendations and respond to guest enquiries. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for hospitality, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Previous bartending experience is desirable. A good standard of English is essential, and flexibility is required, as shifts will include mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. This role requires early starts and is offered on a flexible-hours basis.
