Basic Qualifications: High school degree required, with technical/formal training preferred. Two to four years previous experience in a manufacturing environment and proven leadership experience required, knowledge of wood products manufacturing process is preferred. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively at all levels, possess problem solving, analytical, organizational and team building skills.
Must be able to work well with people and to facilitate change and growth in a total quality management environment. Computer skills required.
