Since then, it has expanded significantly, gaining a reputation as the embassy of Highland hospitality in London, with locations in both Belgravia and Canary Wharf.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in London Victoria, United Kingdom, for a Reservations, Events & Reception Coordinator. The Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks including managing reservations, coordinating events, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the front desk reception area. Responsibilities also include communicating with clients to understand their needs, sales tasks related to bookings, and ensuring smooth event execution from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Event Management skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation management systems (For example – OpenTable, Collins)
• Bachelor\’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business, or related field is beneficial
