Boisdale of Canary Wharf is one of the most iconic restaurant brands in London's East End serving the best of British food, fine wine and showcasing world class musical performances each evening. Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Friday, Saturday brunch and evening, and for Boisdale Jazz Saturday/Sunday lunch and brunch.
We are looking for an experienced level-headed Chef De Partie to join our fantastic team on the sauce section in a modern British restaurant serving the very best of seasonal British produce.
Chef De Partie experience:
- Experience in quality volume restaurants and a solid work ethic.
- Be a keen team player and have a determination to grow and develop as a chef.
- Previous experience working in busy and upmarket establishments.
- Experience with a large team, 12+ chefs.
- Understand menus - modern British, utilizing the best possible seasonal produce.
