Boisdale of Canary Wharf is one of the fastest growing restaurant brands in the country serving the best of British food, fine wine and featuring world class shows. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to be part of our growing family unit.
Highly important that the candidates have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a large scale restaurant setup. Candidates should have a stable employment history with knowledge of wines and British cuisine.
Responsibilities include:
- Run service and support the senior management team
- Occasionally run section
Salary: £42,000 per annum (House £31,750 / Tronc £10,250) based on 48 hours a week and paid hourly plus cash & credit card tips.
Restaurant shift pattern as follows:
- Weekdays: 15:00 - 00:30 (Tuesday/Wednesday night could be 23:00 or earlier finishes)
- Fridays and Saturdays: either 15:00/16:00/17:00/18:00 - 03:30/04:00
- Mainly evening shifts with occasional lunch shifts
- Closed on Mondays and Sunday dinner except some special dates
Jools Holland is the patron of Music. The restaurant is busy and iconic, serving 40-80 for lunch and 250+ for dinner with 20+ Waiters/Waitresses in FOH.
Extra incentives include:
- £50.00 bonus when introducing a new employee
- £450.00 bonus when that same employee completes 5 months
