We are seeking a Gas Quality Service Engineer to join the Bohr Service Team. This role focuses on providing technical service and support to our global customer base, working across natural gas, biomethane, and related gas quality applications. You will work with advanced gas analysis and metering systems both in the field and remotely, supporting commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide service and technical support for gas quality and gas analysis systems across natural gas and biomethane applications.
- Perform calibration, verification, and functional testing of gas analysers and sensors in both on‑site and laboratory environments.
- Service, calibrate, and support flow metering equipment used in gas quality and custody transfer applications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Commission new installations, including configuration, calibration, and performance validation of analysers and metering systems.
- Assist with factory and site acceptance testing (FAT and SAT).
- Support customers through remote diagnostics, site visits, and technical guidance on operation and maintenance.
- Perform service, inspection, and functional testing of gas odorisation and propane injection systems to ensure safe and compliant operation.
- Document calibration results, service activities, and technical findings to meet internal and customer requirements.
