If you are looking for a dynamic, rapid growth brand and want an opportunity to make a real difference and be seen for your contribution, as Head of Digital, you’ll own our digital marketing and performance strategy end-to-end, driving D2C revenue across all channels and ensuring our brand connects deeply and authentically with our audience.

You’ll build a high-performing team, shape the full customer journey, and play a pivotal role in growing the business through data-driven decision making and creative, bold digital campaigns.

  • Manage and develop a growing Digital Marketing team across performance marketing (Paid Social, Search, CRM, and Analytics).
  • Own and grow D2C eCommerce revenue, ensuring channel performance aligns with business goals.
  • Implement high-performing CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and LTV.
  • Identify new digital growth opportunities and partnerships that align with brand values and profitability targets.
  • Set clear KPIs, regularly report on performance, ROAS, ROI, and budget efficiency.
  • Leverage A/B testing, analytics tools, and market insights to continuously optimise digital campaigns.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Founders and CMO to shape the digital roadmap and brand direction.
  • Be a key player in evolving our brand in a highly competitive, ever-changing digital retail landscape.

6+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on eCommerce – ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or a similar consumer space.

  • Proven track record of growing an eCommerce brand through performance marketing and data-led new customer growth strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management experience – you’ve built, led, and inspired digital teams before.
  • Deep understanding of digital channel performance, attribution, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Highly analytical with a strong grasp of metrics, conversion data, and customer behaviour.
  • Passion for branding, customer experience, and connecting with our target consumers.
