We are looking for a strategic HR leader with a passion for driving business success through people. Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in their UK operations. About the Role: Reporting to the UK MD and HR Director, you will be at the forefront of the UK people strategy, influencing key stakeholders and enhancing business performance. You will manage all elements of the generalist HR remit and identify people initiatives and improvement areas. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement the UK HR strategy, working closely with People Managers. Lead on exciting new HR initiatives including implementing a new flexible benefits model. Develop and implement talent strategies, ensuring the recruitment and development of top talent, succession planning, and driving a high-performance culture. Lead on all aspects of employee relations in the UK, including union relationships. Ensure policies are up-to-date, legally compliant, and effectively communicated. Identify training needs and support individual development plans. Drive change initiatives and promote continuous improvement. Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure effectiveness. What We\'re Looking For: We are looking for an experienced Business Partner or Senior Business Partner with a proven ability to establish and execute HR strategies to support business growth. Experience working in an international setting and in a matrix organization is highly desirable. You will have excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
