The Opportunity
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will take full responsibility for regional operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving profitable growth across the region. You will lead a multi disciplinary operational team, develop future leaders, improve performance and help shape the next phase of the organisation's growth. Alongside day to day operational leadership, you will play a key role in delivering business transformation initiatives, championing technology adoption and supporting the integration of acquisitions as the organisation continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a regional operational team, creating a high performance culture focused on engagement, accountability and results.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring exceptional customer experience, service quality, safety and compliance.
- Deliver regional growth targets through strong collaboration with commercial and business development teams.
- Lead business transformation projects, including the implementation of new systems, processes and technology.
- Support the successful integration of newly acquired businesses into the wider organisation.
- Take ownership of regional budgets, financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Develop talent pipelines, succession plans and future leadership capability across the region.
About You

- Significant operational leadership experience within a service, logistics, facilities management, utilities, engineering, technical services or similar environment.
- Experience leading teams through periods of growth, change or transformation.

- A track record of improving operational performance whilst maintaining excellent customer outcomes.
- Experience implementing technology, systems or process improvements.
