Ready for a new challenge? It’s time to try something different! We have an exciting opportunity to join our talented team in the Kitchen for our Wine Bar. Located over two floors, serving seasonal small plates, charcuterie and cheeseboards, alongside an extensive wine list.
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be someone who oozes passion and commitment in creating exceptional food which leaves a magical impression for our guests. You’ll be surrounded by a team with a creative flair and a passion for fresh food and brilliant service, with a desire to learn and grow. All striving to go beyond for guests, our team and the community.

About Wine Bar
Hidden inside Farm Shop in Mayfair, Wine Bar first opened its doors in January 2024, quickly gaining a loyal following. Due to overwhelming demand, we expanded into a new ground-floor space in June 2025. Led by award-winning sommelier Nobuko Okamura, Wine Bar offers a carefully curated 200-bin wine list that celebrates producers from around the world, alongside around 40 wines available by the glass. Our wine list also features wines from closer to home, made from grapes grown on our own estate in Bruton. Our seasonal menu highlights the best of British produce, sourced from trusted farmers and suppliers – including our very own Durslade Farm in Somerset. Open daily for lunch and dinner, Wine Bar also hosts a range of semi-private and exclusive events, making it a vibrant and dynamic place to work.
