About the Role

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support a private family across both personal and business responsibilities. This role is suited to someone who is naturally positive, highly organised, proactive, adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs and juggle multiple priorities. You will bring a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to manage a varied workload, while maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times. The role is hands-on and ideal for a PA who enjoys multitasking, takes pride in staying one step ahead, and is comfortable switching seamlessly between business and personal priorities. This is a dynamic, long-term opportunity supporting family life as well as businesses in the luxury/fashion retail industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining detailed personal and business calendars, appointments, and reminders
  • Arranging domestic and international business and personal travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Overseeing the smooth running of the household, including organising and liaising with external contractors and service providers
  • Ensuring all personal and business matters run efficiently and seamlessly while remaining highly organised

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Weekends off (flexible for rare minor requests)
