The Front of House staff at The Fern Restaurant are responsible for the day-to-day operation and service of The Fern. You will be part of a dedicated team, responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintaining impeccable standards across the premises. You will be responsible for ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome while maintaining high standards of service in peak times.

Key Responsibilities
Service: Be part of the front-of-house team, ensuring good communication with the team and kitchen. Interact with customers directly, creating a good experience from start to finish.
Stock: Ensure the entirety of The Fern is cleaned to a high standard, well-maintained, and fully stocked with necessary supplies at the end of each shift.
Daily Operations: Daily operations include taking orders, liaising with the kitchen staff, serving food and drink, assisting through private functions and carrying out efficient, friendly service during busy periods such as shows and events.
Bar Work: Front of House staff over 18years old may also carry out bar work between ‘The Horseshoe Bar’ and ‘The Jump Shed’ when required.
