Talent Acquisition Advisor
Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be a key part of the HR team, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for support staff while assisting with fee earner recruitment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external providers, and candidates to ensure an exceptional hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Staff Recruitment:
- Lead the recruitment process for all support roles, from job scoping to offer management.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including direct headhunting.
- Conduct initial interviews and manage the applicant journey.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback processes.
- Utilise market insights to provide informed advice on hiring decisions.
Fee Earner Recruitment:
- Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in managing vacancies for senior positions.
- Implement advertising solutions and maintain accurate applicant tracking.
- Liaise with external recruiters and manage relationships with third-party agencies.
- Assist in interview coordination and candidate feedback.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:
- Act as a superuser of the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and reporting effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Represent the organisation at university and graduate recruitment events.
- Support DE&I initiatives, ensuring inclusive hiring practices.
- Contribute to the development of new entry schemes and recruitment innovations.
What We\’re Looking For
Essential:
- Some experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in professional services, legal, or recruitment agency settings preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Persuasive communication and influencing skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Experience working in a law firm
- Familiarity with ATS systems, especially Cornerstone.
