We are exclusively looking for candidates with client liaison experience, specifically from an accountancy or law firm.
Business Development Manager required to join a respected professional services firm in its Bristol or Leeds office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role focused on supporting growth strategies across practice groups, regional teams, and client relationship programmes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and developing the Intermediaries Programme
- Managing the client listening programme alongside an external partner
- Coordinating targeted BD activities with practice group and office leads
- Supporting client care initiatives and identifying service improvement opportunities
- Managing specific BD projects and assisting with tender submissions
- Responding to inbound business development enquiries
Candidate requirements:
- Solid experience in business development within professional services
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management and Excel/data handling ability
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and business development tools
