People Operations Lead (Maternity Cover, 12 Months) Full-Time or Part-time, Fixed-Term £55,000 pro rata Hybrid, based near Basingstoke (or Sevenoaks, or Brentwood, or Woking, or Hampton Court) with regular visits to other sites in the South East.
This role follows a hybrid pattern of four days on-site and one day from home, with flexibility around this where needed. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, circumstances and career paths, providing you have the skills and experience to do the role, which include:
- Strong, hands-on employee relations experience including complex case management
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience managing People Operations across a multi-site environment
