We are working exclusively with an internationally renowned oil tanker operator, a respected name in global shipping with stunning offices overlooking Hyde Park, and they are looking for their next Fleet Operations Coordinator.
This role is specifically targeted at graduates of Maritime Business, Maritime Business and Logistics, or a closely related discipline. If you have come through Plymouth's maritime programmes and hold the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers accreditation, we want to hear from you.
The role involves monitoring and managing the commercial voyage operations of an active tanker fleet, working closely with the chartering and operations teams. You will be tracking bunker consumption, vessel speed and performance, weather and routing, voyage financials, and charter party compliance, while maintaining strong relationships with key customers and supporting freight and revenue collection.
No prior industry experience is required. Full training and development will be provided, with a clear path into chartering or a senior operations role over time.
You will have:
