A large, modern 20-screen cinema located within a major West London shopping centre is hiring a Cinema Manager. This is a busy, high-footfall environment suited to someone experienced in large-scale hospitality or leisure operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading operations across a multi-screen cinema
- Coaching teams to deliver consistently strong service and presentation
- Managing safety, compliance and day-to-day floor operations
- Supporting the General Manager within a sizeable leadership structure
What we’re looking for:
- Leadership experience in hospitality, leisure or similar customer-facing environments
- Strong communication and team motivation skills
- Flexibility for early starts (7am), late finishes (up to 3am), and weekend working
- Ability to work five days over seven
