Two North London cinemas are recruiting for Cinema Managers to join their leadership teams. These roles involve overseeing daily operations, leading teams, and ensuring high customer service standards across busy local venues. Finchley Road is an older site with a potential refurbishment planned, while North Finchley is a well‑established, consistently busy cinema. Both sites offer solid development opportunities for someone with hospitality or leisure leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations and supporting the General Manager
• Leading supervisors and front‑of‑house teams
• Maintaining strong service, safety and presentation standards
• Overseeing stock, merchandising and general site performance
• Working early starts (7am), late finishes (up to 3am) and weekends as part of a five‑over‑seven rota

What we\’re looking for

• Experience in hospitality, leisure or other high‑volume customer‑facing environments
• A hands‑on leader who enjoys motivating teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Two North London sites with strong team cultures
