Salary: £29,000–£34,000

A major, high-profile cinema in Leicester Square is recruiting for a Cinema Manager to join its leadership team. This flagship site hosts premieres, cast screenings and industry events, making it an exceptional opportunity for someone with strong operational leadership experience.

This role suits individuals from hospitality, leisure or other large-scale customer service environments who can lead teams, drive standards and thrive in a fast-paced, highly visible setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing daily operations within a high-footfall, event-driven cinema

• Leading and developing supervisory teams and wider front-of-house staff

• Ensuring excellent presentation, service and safety standards at all times

• Supporting red carpet events, press screenings and senior leadership visits

• Managing a busy floor operation during peak trading

What we\’re looking for:

• Leadership experience within hospitality, leisure or similar environments

• Confident communication skills in a high-visibility venue

• Strong service standards and attention to detail

• Comfortable working early starts (7am), late finishes (up to 3am), evenings and weekends

• Ability to work five days over seven
