The Social Content Coordinator is responsible for driving the brand’s presence across organic social channels through content strategy, ideation, creation, and coordination. This hybrid role is both creative and operational, delivering content that drives engagement, community growth, and brand relevance. The ideal candidate is culturally immersed, creatively‑driven, and highly organized with a deep passion for social media platforms, trends, and visual storytelling.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Connected to cultural and digital communities with a strong interest in fashion and entertainment
  • Proven ability to shoot and edit short‑form video content independently
  • Experience coordinating product samples and working with styling or merchandising teams
  • Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro

We Seek Someone With Most Of The Following:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in social media, marketing, editorial, or related roles within a footwear, fashion or lifestyle/culture brand
  • 3–4 years in social content creation or social media roles within fashion, lifestyle, or culture‑driven brands
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts content formats and performance mechanics
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage calendars, samples, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience reporting on social KPIs and using analytics tools to drive decisions
