We're searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to drive recruitment for our global division, including Marketing, Finance, Commercial, Ops, and Talent. In this role, you will serve as a consultant, leader, and problem solver. You will be responsible for designing a talent acquisition strategy for Zurich, Berlin, and London, advising business leaders on market trends and recruiting best practices, delivering on key diversity initiatives, and leading recruitment for key roles.
Your Mission
- Manage, coach, and develop a talented team of recruiters, supporting corporate hiring strategies for On's globally scoped roles.
- Partner with hiring teams to build appropriate passive candidate sourcing, assessment, and offer approaches to hire the best talent.
- Act as a player/coach, balancing team leadership with leading recruiting efforts and hiring critical roles.
- Work closely with senior leaders across global functions to ensure a candidate-centric experience, balancing efficiency with attracting diverse talent.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to scale operations.
- Proactively inform the business on hiring trends, delivering data-driven insights to shape recruitment strategy.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to evolve the TA function and enhance the candidate experience.
- Measure KPIs that drive behaviors and results, presenting talent acquisition progress through data storytelling.
