Position Overview
Our Planning and Strategy Manager for CIX/CRM is a strategic financial and analytical role that serves as the critical bridge between customer experience initiatives and business performance.
This position combines financial planning expertise with deep customer relationship management insights to drive omnichannel growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support Omnichannel CRM and CX strategy by providing financial, reporting and deep dive analysis
- Key partner to Digital and Omnichannel Retail Planning teams in both Full Price and Outlet.
- Deliver financial plans and re-forecasting on a monthly to annual basis, including risk and opportunity builds.
- Work closely with 3rd party vendors and agencies on performance optimization.
- Be the go-to CRM and CX financial and performance insights expert for the team and wider business.
- Develop and enhance test schedule and results driven recommendations to maximise ROI and efficiency.
- Present weekly/monthly/quarterly performance with Digital leadership and stakeholders
- Support new Digital initiatives with financial scenario building including Sale and Promotional periods.
- Develop understanding on all Digital related tools and data.
- Work closely with Customer Insights, Data Strategy, Digital and wider CIX teams.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Relevant experience in CRM, Financial Planning, Insights and Discount Strategy.
- Understanding of the luxury/retail industry and Customer Goods.
- An effective communicator able to create buy-in and influence across many stakeholders
- Communicate actionable insights and turn complex analysis into meaningful recommendations
- Experience presenting to senior teams, supporting, and influencing their decisions
- Great experience in prioritization and managing projects
- Highly creative in problem-solving & communication, with rigorous implementation
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and reacting intelligently to unforeseen issues
- Experience with databases and working with Data teams on extracting relevant data
- Experience with using data visualization tools (e. g. Tableau)
- Fully Fluent in Excel and Power Point
- Highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail
