Position Overview
Drive profitable, sustainable digital growth for UK Pure Player menswear partners by owning account results across seasonal launches and in‑season reorder business, delivering against budgets, and ensuring elevated brand and product representation aligned with our luxury positioning.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Commercial & Trading Ownership
- Own budgets, forecasts and commercial outcomes for assigned Pure Player accounts
- Deliver results across seasonal launches and in‑season reorder business
- Lead in‑season trading, managing sell‑out, availability, stock health, and re‑buys
- Own sell‑out reporting and present performance in weekly and monthly internal trade forums
- Track customer trading terms and seasonal investment requirements, ensuring delivery against forecasted budgets
- Partner closely with Customer Operations to ensure timely deliveries and speed to market
- Product & Brand Guardianship
- Own menswear product presentation and storytelling across partner platforms
- Lead in‑market customer appointments, presenting seasonal ranges and reorder strategies
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring online merchandising, content execution, and brand storytelling meet luxury standards
- Work in partnership with funded Digital Brand Specialists (where available) to deliver elevated digital execution
- Pure Player Expertise & Marketing Influence
- Apply strong understanding of Pure Player digital wholesale models, including assortment depth, reorder cadence, and platform execution
- Influence marketing to ensure the right level of support is applied to the right categories at the right time, balancing seasonal and carry‑over ranges while supporting sustainable commercial outcomes and brand equity
- Stakeholder & Buyer Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with Pure Player buyers and key stakeholders
- Partner closely with the Internal Buying Team, ensuring customer insight informs assortment and reorder strategy
- Collaborate cross‑functionally across Brand Management, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Operations teams
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Experience & Capabilities
- Solid experience (3–6 full strategic cycles) in digital wholesale, key account management, e‑commerce, or commercial roles, ideally within luxury or premium fashion
- Strong menswear product affinity and understanding of the luxury market
- Proven experience owning budgets, forecasts and in‑season trading decisions
- Strong Excel skills; PowerPoint proficiency and BI tools are a strong plus
- Confident presenter with strong commercial judgement and stakeholder‑management skills
- Comfortable operating in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment
- Pure Player Experience
- Pure Player digital wholesale experience is strongly preferred, with a good understanding of online‑only trading dynamics, seasonal launches, and reorder execution.
