Job Purpose
Support in the daily administrative tasks, which concern the Communication and VIP Office. The VIP Intern will support the VIP Manager in various tasks related to sample trafficking, VIP fittings, logistics, media monitoring, and talent research.
Contract
It’s a 6-month FTC with the potential to extend up to 12 months total.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sample send‑outs and returns, maintaining inventory and updating image proposals.
- Oversee sample preparation, including steaming, and ensuring all pieces are in pristine condition.
- Manage/oversee logistics for domestic and international sample deliveries, liaising with couriers and ensuring timely arrivals.
- Track VIP appearances in media, including photo agencies and social media.
- Maintain and update a regional media list, tracking coverage of VIPs in the press.
- Research emerging talent in entertainment, fashion, and music for potential collaborations.
- Compile monthly reports on rising talent and industry trends and press coverage.
- Assist with the organisation and on‑the‑ground support for VIP fittings and events.
- Oversee seasonal gifting and coordinate birthday gifts for VIPs.
- Provide administrative assistance to the VIP team and support ad‑hoc projects as needed.
Knowledge and Skills
- Highly organised and proactive individual who can operate at a fast pace and stay on top of multiple priorities.
- Prior experience, even at internship level, is desirable.
- Background in a similar role or experience within a luxury brand or agency is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of VIP and Press management, including showroom processes.
- Highly reliable and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Confident managing administrative and logistical tasks.
- Forward‑thinking, detail‑oriented and able to anticipate needs.
- Hands‑on approach with strong presentation skills.
