Job Purpose
To deliver hands-on IT support across Prada Group Retail locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through responsive technical assistance, hardware and software maintenance, and user lifecycle management in close collaboration with the IT Manager. This is a full-time and on-site position based in our London Head Office.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the business in managing telephone, ticket and email requests from users in support of the IT Manager.
- Support all business locations for all brands, which include Prada, Miu Miu, Churchs Footwear and Marchesi Café.
- Ensure that calls, tickets and emails for support are dealt with promptly and appropriately.
- Escalate to the relevant group.
- Prepare and maintain existing Hardware and Software to agreed standards.
- Inventory and asset management of business devices.
- Work with the manager to create and complete business orders.
- User onboarding and offboarding activities.
Knowledge And Skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage short delivery times and tight deadlines.
- Strong relationship-building skills across teams and locations.
- High-volume handling capability in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Technical proficiency in: PC, printers, and Microsoft environments, SAP systems, iPhones, Office tools, and ERP platforms.
- Retail IT experience, ideally with exposure to multisite operations.
- Education in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in retail IT.
