Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and customer‑focused Operational Lead to own our operational processes and logistics network. You will oversee end‑to‑end flow – from supply chain and fulfillment to reporting, inventory control, and 3PL management – ensuring seamless efficiency and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring the smooth movement of goods through the supply chain – from supplier to warehouse to customer.
- Manage 3PL relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met across distribution, returns, and reverse logistics.
- Partner with suppliers to maintain consistent quality, lead times, and communication.
- Coordinate global shipping and delivery schedules, optimizing cost, speed, and sustainability.
- Track and resolve issues related to delayed shipments, damaged goods, or stock discrepancies.
- Develop contingency plans to minimize operational disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate, real‑time visibility of inventory across all channels, including Shopify.
- Implement and improve systems to track and forecast stock levels and replenishment needs.
- Build and manage operational dashboards to monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment times, and cost efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and develop innovative solutions to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Design and implement new processes that align with OMNES’s sustainability goals.
- Create clear, data‑led reports to support decision‑making across the wider business.
- Ensure a customer‑first mindset in every operational process, from order fulfillment to returns.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with eCommerce, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to align operations with broader brand goals.
- Provide operational insights to leadership to guide strategic planning and business development.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management – ideally in fashion, retail, or eCommerce.
- Demonstrated experience with Shopify, inventory management systems, and 3PL logistics.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience building operational dashboards and interpreting data.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, balancing strategic and hands‑on work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a track record of improving service levels and enhancing the customer journey.
- A passion for sustainability, ethical fashion, and innovation in business operations.
