MONCLER is currently looking for a Team Manager / Department Manager (internally called Client Advisor Manager) to join our team at Harrods London. Our Client Advisor Managers take on the role of Brand Ambassador. They are responsible for growing their store's sales by providing an exceptional level of service to their clients and managing the operations of their stores efficiently. They recruit, manage, lead and support the development of their teams while working directly with their Store Manager to strategically drive their business.

Your Impact

  • Ensure Moncler sales and service standards are embodied consistently across all customer and team interactions.
  • Motivate the sales team and lead by example in service, product knowledge and commercial behaviours.
  • Proactively recruit, interview and hire a high-performing team that drives store sales, delivers elevated service and builds long-term customer loyalty.
  • Drive store sales and productivity through effective management of key KPIs including sales, UPT, conversion, productivity and inventory.
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and protection of company assets, including schedule management, inventory control, cash handling, shipping and receiving in line with business needs and company policies.
  • Analyse sell-through and productivity reports and collaborate closely with Regional partners to strategically grow the business.
  • Coach and support all store staff to comply with company initiatives, including training and selling programmes, CEM, CRM and other brand standards.
  • Develop the team to support individual growth, engagement and clear career paths for future leaders through regular one-to-one touch-bases, team and management meetings and individual development plans.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Understand and proactively respond to the competitive environment and market trends, identifying future opportunities to strengthen the brand's position.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' retail management experience, including at least 2-3 years in luxury or premium fashion retail.
  • Deep product sensitivity and styling expertise, with a genuine passion for fashion, craftsmanship and brand heritage.
  • Proven commercial track record in achieving sales targets, growing clientele and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong people leadership with experience coaching, motivating and managing employee relations in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Advanced organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Commercial and analytical capability, confidently interpreting sales reports, KPIs and performing fundamental calculations to drive performance.
  • Operational proficiency, able to operate all store equipment and systems required to run daily operations smoothly.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent and sophisticated English, both written and verbal; an additional language is a plus.
  • Technical literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning retail management and CRM systems.
