We are looking for a commercially minded, analytical, and collaborative Merchandiser to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Sales Team, Collections Manager, and our network of leading global brands to drive in‑season trading and support product strategy by providing data‑driven insights to inform planning decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Drive in‑season trade across brand portfolio, in collaboration with the Sales Team, by analysing sell‑through data and liaising between retailers and brands to chase demand.
- Gather data‑lead insights from reporting to inform seasonal planning and feedback across key product attributes, tailored to each brand.
- Deliver comprehensive end‑of‑season commentary to summarise market performance, offering actionable insights to support product development.
- Build tailored reporting and performance tracking tools to support commercial decisions and sales conversations.
- Become an expert across brand portfolio in terms of ranges, pricing structure, categories and be aware of the competitive market.
- Collaborate with each brand to define competitive target RRPs that align with market expectations and sales performance.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, PR, and Design teams to ensure alignment and execution of internal & external initiatives.
- Support the Collections Manager with range planning and provide insightful product feedback to shape future assortments.
This Candidate Will Have The Following Experience
- 4+ years’ experience in merchandising within the fashion industry—working in‑house, at an agency, or retailer.
- Preferred experience within luxury fashion.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Hyper awareness of the luxury fashion market, brands, trends, and global affairs.
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
- Ability to manage and organise workload within a fast‑paced environment.
This will be office‑based 4 days a week with 1 day WFH.
