As the Concession Manager, you would be contributing to the overall performance of our new concession in Arnotts, Dublin. In this role, you would be leading a team of people to ensure the concession is run in the most efficient way.

Responsibilities
  • Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and experience
  • Analysing selling information and taking ownership for the concession sales performance
  • Leading and motivating a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service
  • Leading recruitment and ensure induction and training to new starters is carried out
  • Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression
  • Overseeing concession operations
  • Creating a great place to work
Qualifications
  • Previous management/leadership experience plus the following qualities: excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, train and develop a team
  • Customer focused
  • Self‑motivated & positive
  • Adaptable
  • A genuine interest in others
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Excellent commercial abilities and interest in fashion/retail
Preferable (but not mandatory)
  • Previous experience working within a Concession
