Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create an inclusive working environment with a client‑centric mindset

  • Set and monitor key metrics/KPI's that supports and drives the business

  • Deliver the 'best in class' operational standards for the back of house areas within store Operations
  • Manage inventory flow to minimise shrink loss through operational excellence
  • Maximise the potential of all product categories through replenishment systems in order to secure price and size integrity
  • Manage inventory counting activities on a regular basis
  • Managing the movement of product between the back of house and sales areas in order to enhance the client journey
