The role of the PRO CRM Associate will be focused on supporting our CRM Manager with our Polo Outlet business (both online & physical stores), by creating engaging, innovative and relevant content for our Outlet EU database across all CRM channels. You will support in building out our PRO email strategy while working with the PRO marketing and e‐comm teams to ensure the right content is being driven at the right times, via the right channels across all seasons. You will need to analyse performance and identify opportunities in order to make data driven decisions which will feed into the CRM teams wider KPI's and maximise revenue, retention rates, database growth, customer lifetime value and push business opportunities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing the planning and strategy for our Polo Outlet email calendar; including relevant brand moments, seasonal content, promotional activity & support on PFS post transaction comms.
- Managing and planning the strategy for our Polo Outlet SMS strategy which will support and or build on top of the email calendar.
- Support our Polo Outlet intern on the email process from brief through to send – ensuring that emails are scheduled efficiently and correctly.
- Working closely with the CRM Manager & Senior Manager to understand channel targets and support on best in class test and learn strategy to improve channel performance.
- Work with the e‐comm team to understand Private Store customer funnels and site behaviour to optimise our customer journeys for all communications.
- Build out our Polo Outlet linking strategy as the markets grow.
- Support on market expansion across our Online Outlet & Brick and Mortar within our email database.
- Support on progressive data capture (PDC) communications, and work with the CRM Manager on optimising PDC opportunities.
- Measure, analyse and be aware of our Polo Outlet KPI's and feed into the CRM Manager's communication within the business.
- Own audience / campaign building within our CDP.
- Pushing innovation with support of third‐party agencies, to ensure emails and CRM campaigns across channel are high performing and best in class.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Some experience within the CRM/ Digital Marketing field (within the Fashion or Luxury industry preferred).
- Equivalent training and knowledge in Business, Fashion.
- Passion for fashion retail as well as brand and digital marketing.
- Strong affinity with the Ralph Lauren or luxury brands.
- Ability to work well collaboratively and independently under pressure, in a fast‐paced environment.
- Creatively minded.
- Strong organisational skills & attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Proficient in English.
