To provide expert tailoring and garment alterations that ensure a flawless fit, delivering exceptional and personalised experience for clients. Responsibilities
- Provide expert tailoring and alterations for luxury garments to ensure a flawless fit, while preserving the integrity and craftsmanship of the designs.
- Conduct fittings directly with clients, offering personalised advice and ensuring an exceptional luxury experience.
- Perform garment maintenance and repairs as required, maintaining high standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Handle a variety of high-quality fabrics, including delicate and intricate materials, with precision and care.
- Collaborate closely with the store team to deliver seamless service and meet client expectations.
- Embody and exhibit Prada's brand values of innovation and craftsmanship in every interaction and service provided.
- Keep detailed records of alterations and repairs for accurate client history and future reference.
- Manage product handling between the store and external service providers.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Knowledge and Skills
- Proven experience as a skilled tailor with a strong portfolio of tailoring and alterations work.
- Experience across women’swear, men’swear, denim, leather, fur, binding and structured garments within a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous client-facing experience and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in working with luxury garments, including delicate fabrics and complex designs.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced boutique environment.
