A highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Manager overseeing and managing all aspects of our seasonal production process. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our production timelines, cost efficiency, and product quality. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of production processes, costing, logistics, and factory negotiations. They will collaborate closely with design, logistics, and finance teams to uphold the brand's standards and deliver exceptional products to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire production timeline to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Raise and manage Production Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Review and approve final specifications, including grading and pre-production to bulk transitions.
  • Calculate and manage product costing, ensuring profitability.
  • Set target prices and conduct margin reviews for wholesale (WS) and recommended retail price (RRP) markups.
  • Negotiate costs with factories to achieve optimal pricing.
  • Manage amendment updates and seasonal unit reviews.
  • Address and resolve discrepancies and faults with factories.
  • Overseeing the final specifications with a key focus on fittings.
  • Signing off final amendment files.
  • Check and validate production invoices.
  • Develop and manage a payment priority plan.
  • Review and oversee cash flow timelines.
  • Provide support for showroom samples, pre-production samples (PPS), and grading measurements.
  • Manage logistics spend for bulk factory shipments and budget to optimize efficiency and cost.
  • Negotiate manufacturing agreements and contracts with suppliers and factories.
