We're looking for a highly organised and driven Global Retail Training Coordinator to help shape and deliver best‑in‑class training experiences across our international retail network. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, supporting global communications, managing digital learning platforms, and ensuring seamless coordination of retail training programmes worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, engaging weekly communications to retail teams globally.
  • Create and manage content across retail training communication channels.
  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end translation process for training programmes, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Act as the go‑to expert for the Retail Training App, supporting users and resolving issues.
  • Manage onboarding, content updates, and user engagement.
  • Analyse usage insights and share performance updates with stakeholders.
  • Lead training sessions to maximise adoption and effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve the platform and learner experience.
  • Manage team calendars and global rollout plans, driving efficiency and consistency.
  • Maintain and update retail training tools and programmes.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Organise global events, including the annual Retail Excellence incentive trip.
  • Support business calls, reporting, and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Deliver insights through reporting and programme analysis.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for key meetings and initiatives.

Personal Profile

  • 3+ years in a coordination or project management role (preferred).
  • Retail experience (store or head office).
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Experience with learning management systems or digital training platforms.
  • Exposure to managing digital learning tools (desirable).
  • A natural problem solver with a commercial mindset and a passion for retail.
  • Exceptionally organised, able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives on building relationships.
  • Passionate about creating engaging, people‑focused experiences.
