Sitting within the Art Direction team, you will bring ideas to life across stills, video and digital, ensuring every brief delivers both creative excellence and commercial impact. Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the development of creative strategy across a variety of campaigns
  • Manage the end-to-end creative process for assigned briefs, from research and ideation through to shoot and post‑production
  • Deliver high‑quality concept presentations that clearly articulate creative direction
  • Work closely with Production to identify and engage the right collaborators such as photographers and stylists
  • Direct and support on‑set execution, ensuring all content aligns with the approved creative vision
  • Oversee post‑production and image cropping to maintain consistency and quality
  • Develop and implement style guides across fashion, model and still life categories
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and priorities are met

  • Strong eye for design, layout and typography
  • Experience working on set and directing creative outputs
