As the Lead, E-Commerce Sales Analyst, you will lead the in-season management of product performance and support future season buying for our DTC E-Commerce channel. You will leverage sales analytics to drive actions on in-season performance, collaborating with category merch planners to develop seasonal buy plans aligned with the Americas E-Commerce strategy. You will partner across E-Commerce and Merchandising teams to provide insights into assortment performance, using data analysis to build accurate merchandising plans. Your role will be to own insights and analytics throughout the season and post-season, supporting inventory management to meet financial goals.

Your Mission

  1. Lead In-season Product Management: Use sales analytics to optimize product performance and maximize sell-through.
  2. Support the Buying Process: Assist merch planning and buying for all categories, identifying gaps and risks relative to financial plans.
  3. Analyze & Report: Produce monthly reports, analyze large datasets, develop insights, and communicate recommendations effectively.
  4. Collaborate with Merchandizing: Work with regional teams to build forecast plans based on data, market trends, and product performance.
  5. Align Globally: Coordinate with the Global Digital Commercial team to ensure forecasting consistency across regions.
  6. Cross Channel Alignment: Work with sales enablement to identify risks and opportunities pre-launch.
  7. Optimize Sell Through: Monitor category performance, react to trends, and influence onsite presentation and marketing.
  8. Innovate Processes: Improve workflows, tools, and collaboration methods.
  9. Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee product mix, availability, and end-of-life strategies to enhance hero products and key categories.

Your Story

  • 3+ years in Buying, Merchandise Planning, Sales Planning, or Demand Planning
  • 2+ years in an analytics role focused on E-Commerce
  • Experience in Sports or Fashion industry preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets
  • Experience with analytics tools like Looker, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SPS Commerce or similar
  • Understanding of customer behavior, product lifecycle, market trends, and seasonality impacts
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of building processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading teams or complex projects and fostering cross-functional relationships
  • Curiosity and solutions-oriented approach to challenges
