We are currently seeking a HR Intern to join our Corporate HR Team based in our London Head Office. This role reports to the UK HR Manager and is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Intern to support with HR and recruitment administrative tasks. This is a junior, entry-level role designed to provide hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR in a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide general HR administrative support, including filing and maintaining employee records
- Support the preparation of standard HR documents and letters
- Issue documentation for employee relations meetings, coordinating with Reception for room availability
- Organise room bookings and catering for HR events
- Provide logistical support for store visits and coordinate with store managers/HRBPs
- Assist with organising HR and engagement events (wellbeing sessions, awareness days, learning events)
- Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing activities
- Provide ad-hoc support aligned with Kering's HR strategy
- Support planning and logistics for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Help prepare communications and materials for HR and D&I activities
- Coordinate recruitment administration such as interview scheduling
- Manage candidate communications in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate candidate data on Workday (ATS) and internal recruitment trackers
- Support offer administration and pre-employment paperwork (under supervision)
- Post job adverts and assist with screening junior roles
- Assist with right-to-work checks and onboarding administration
- Support ad-hoc projects across HR and Recruitment as required
- Build positive working relationships with stakeholders across the business
Qualifications
- Strong interest in a future career in HR or recruitment
- Previous administrative, office, or customer-facing experience
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and professional approach
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Workday or HR systems is advantageous
- Studying or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Sociology, L3/L5 CIPD, or related discipline
