The Role

As the Manager in Accounting, you will manage and be responsible for inventory, intercompany and distributor accounting activities, and provide reliable information for effective decision‑making timely reporting. You will coach and develop team members fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment whilst ensuring high standards across all accounting activities. You will assist the Head of Accounting EMEA with financial close management, team building and finance projects, particularly during quarter‑end periods.

Your Impact

  • Lead the general ledger, reporting and compliance activities for the relevant entities
  • Oversee distributor accounting and inventory activities across Deckers EMEA markets
  • Review, approve and reconcile intercompany transactions, resolve variances and ensure intercompany balances are cleared in a timely manner
  • Support the Head of Accounting EMEA with regional projects and team development
  • Lead and support across the EMEA General Ledger team

We Would Love To Hear From People With

  • Qualification in ACA, ACCA or equivalent, with post‑qualification experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel
  • An in‑depth understanding of US GAAP and FRS102
  • Knowledge in Oracle and/or Hyperion is desirable
