Job Description
As the Concession Manager, you would be contributing to the overall performance of our new flagship concession in Selfridges, London. In this role, you would be leading a team of people to ensure the concession is run in the most efficient way.
Responsibilities:
- Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and experience
- Analysing selling information and taking ownership for the concession sales performance
- Leading and motivating a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service
- Leading recruitment and ensuring induction and training to new starters is carried out
- Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression
- Overseeing concession operations
