Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it has developed its own collections based on workwear originals.
Carhartt WIP aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the past two decades, our business has grown organically, along with our customers, the culture surrounding the brand, and our employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.
For our new store in Newcastle, we are looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/x) part-time for 24 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
- Ensure optimum sales levels are met
- Follow all operational store policies and procedures
- Maintain store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look
- Develop product knowledge and understanding of the business
- Establish customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Engage with customers and enjoy selling our products
Your Profile
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
