Role Overview

OMNES is seeking an experienced and proactive Business Developer to spearhead the growth and expansion of our brand across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and opening new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally, across various platforms including online marketplaces, wholesale networks, and potential retail corners. This role is critical in driving our omnichannel strategy and ensuring that OMNES continues to expand its footprint in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across online marketplaces, wholesale, and retail sectors both in the UK and internationally.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with OMNES's mission and growth objectives across all channels.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including retailers, distributors, and online platforms, to maximize brand exposure and sales.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights that will inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive sales growth by expanding our presence in new and existing markets, ensuring consistent brand representation and positioning.
  • Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market entry and brand messaging.
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO on business development activities, market conditions, and potential growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the fashion or retail sectors.
  • Extensive network within the fashion industry, including key contacts in marketplaces, wholesale, and retail.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies that drive growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Experience in developing business internationally is highly desirable.
