Job Purpose
The Planning Administrator role is essential in orchestrating the seamless integration of planning, procurement, and production operations.

- Manage workload capacities and flag potential scheduling conflicts promptly to avoid production delays and maintain operational flow.
- Maintain transparency of production timelines by consistently updating schedules and disseminating pertinent information to relevant teams.
- Administer materials oversight through early identification of shortages, investigating root causes, and coordinating with suppliers and internal units to resolve supply chain issues efficiently.
- Support reporting and analytics efforts by developing comprehensive dashboards and reports that track planning and procurement metrics, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Oversee quality control procedures by assisting with quality failure documentation and data management practices that promote product excellence.
