The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

To provide data analytics and gap analysis of key areas of compliance in the business that would leave us exposed from a risk perspective if not highlighted. This reporting is to be provided across multiple departments within the business.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, run and improve automated KPI and trend analysis reporting and flag relevant issues to key stakeholders.
  • Continue to build a suite of reports to highlight exceptions and/or breaches in key areas utilizing both SAP and IntelliQ.
  • Support regional APP with evidence gathering during investigations.
  • System maintenance: monitor daily data loads, clear load errors; conduct weekly gap analysis; regularly update key data streams from HR, product and finance to ensure reporting is accurate and up to date; troubleshoot as required to fix issues.
  • Continue to build a SharePoint site for the APP team to provide training materials and support for using the system.
  • Maintain the APP (Asset and Profit Protection) Operations database, keeping store master and HR data up to date.
  • Support the wider regional team with daily, weekly and monthly reports including Store KPI Reporting, Adjustment Reporting, Incident Reporting, Digital Fraud Reporting, AML Reporting and Retail Operations Exception Reporting.
  • Support the team with biannual stock loss reporting: cleanse data, analyze required areas of concern and create store-level posters.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Digital Fraud team with chargebacks.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience with IntelliQ or other data mining systems (mandatory).
  • Advanced Office 365 Suite skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in retail fraud prevention.
  • Expertise in retail chargeback processing.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and Power BI.
  • Previous experience with SAP.
  • Experience using Power Platform.
