We are actively seeking an energetic, assertive, and experienced Assistant Showroom Manager to join our growing team!Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant Showroom Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the showroom management team in ensuring the smooth operations of the dynamic and ever-changing showroom environment. Working closely with the Showroom Manager and collaborating with Account Managers, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the success of each sale event. Your usual days of work should be Wednesday to Saturday, however this may differ depending on business needs.Responsibilities Team Management: Assist in coordinating and supporting a diverse team of permanent and temporary staff, ensuring they understand Arlettie\\\’s procedures and processesTeam Management: Contribute to team training initiatives, promoting a positive and collaborative work cultureTeam Management: Support the management team in resource allocation and daily operational tasksTeam Management: Assist in monitoring team performance and providing feedback for continuous improvementTeam Management: Train and develop the team to ensure the highest levels of customer experience within the showroomOperations Management: Assist in managing stock deliveries, inventory management, and stock returns, ensuring efficient processing and accurate documentationOperations Management: Support in the preparation and maintenance of product zoning / merchandising, helping to create visually appealing displays that enhance the customer experienceOperations Management: Collaborate in product pricing and tagging processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the showroomOperations Management: Assist in managing customer access, queues, and sales transactions, providing exceptional customer serviceOperations Management: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organised showroom environment, reflecting the luxury standards of our brand partnersOperations Management: Support health and safety measures, risk management, and loss prevention protocolsQualifications, Skills, And Experience Minimum of 2 years experience as an assistant manager in a fast-paced retail environmentA willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced luxury retail setting is essentialExcellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and customersA customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting the Showroom Manager and other team membersFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic showroom environmentA can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of the businessJoin us at Arlettie and gain valuable experience in luxury retail as you support the showroom management team in delivering exceptional events and building strong partnerships with renowned fashion brands.
