Your Mission
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in generating and developing business opportunities for cloud-based solutions. Your primary focus will be building a strong sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential business clients. You will communicate with decision-makers via phone and email, understand their business needs, and introduce them to cloud solutions that can help improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the SMB market
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls and emails

- Support upselling, retention, and renewal activities
- Educate clients on cloud technologies and available solutions

Candidate Profile
We are looking for ambitious and commercially driven professionals who are confident communicators and eager to grow in the tech industry.
Language Requirements
- Italian: C1 level minimum (Native preferred)
- English: C1 Business English level
Experience
Previous experience in:
- Sales
- Business Development
- Customer Service
- Lead Generation
- Account Management is highly preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
