Your responsibilities
- Load and safely transport plant equipment and small tools from the branch to customers and construction sites
- Deliver equipment on time and to the correct location, keeping customers informed of any delays
- Build positive relationships with customers and handle questions or challenging situations professionally
- Advise customers on the safe and correct use of equipment where needed
- Check the condition of equipment during deliveries and collections and ensure all relevant administration is completed accurately
- Collect equipment at the end of the rental period and return it safely to the branch
- Work closely with mechanics and branch colleagues to ensure equipment is ready for the next customer
