Your Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day depot operations and overall depot performance
- Lead and develop hire desk and workshop teams to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards
- Monitor depot revenue, profitability, and performance targets
- Drive continuous improvements in productivity and operational efficiency
- Build strong customer relationships, retain existing business, and identify new growth opportunities
- Monitor market developments and competitor activities
- Complete all required depot administration and reporting accurately and on time
